MEMBANGUN KEUNGGULAN KOMPETITIF SISTEM PENYIARAN TELEVISI INDONESIA DI ERA MEDIA BARU
(Kajian Fenomenologi dengan Menggunakan Pendekatan Soft System Methology dengan Variabel Teknologi, Strategi dan Regulasi)
Abstract
Penerapan Digital Televisi melalui kebijakan Analog Switch Off (ASO) belum mampu mendorong Penyiaran Televisi Nasional untuk bersaing dengan kehadiran media baru dengan platform digital berbasis streaming, terbukti revenue pada Industri Penyiaran Televisi yang terus menurun pendapatannya. Penyiaran Televisi adalah media aman untuk mendapatkan konten hiburan dan informasi karena pengawasan ketat secara materi dan durasi oleh berbagai pihak terkait. Disamping itu industri Penyiaran TV mampu memberikan dampak signifikan dibidang ekonomi dan bisa diandalkan untuk menjaga moral, etika serta budaya bangsa sehingga harus dipertahankan keberadaannya dalam persaingan pada ekosistem industry media. Pendekatan Soft Systems Methodolgy dengan 3 variable berupa teknologi, strategi dan regulasi akan memberikan gambaran Langkah yang tepat agar Sistem Penyiaran Televisi di Indonesia tetap eksis ditengah dinamika persaingan industri media di Indonesia
